If you have your own domain name then the settings you should use within your email client are:

Incoming mail server: pop3.yourdomainname.co.uk
Outgoing mail server: smtp.yourdomainname.co.uk
* The Outgoing server requires SMTP Authentication.
Incoming mail server port: 110
Outgoing mail server port: 25

Mail Servers for @primex.co.uk email addresses
If you have an email address that ends in @primex.co.uk then the settings you should use within your email client are:

Incoming mail server: pop3.primex.co.uk
Outgoing mail server: smtp.primex.co.uk
* The Outgoing server requires SMTP Authentication.
