Further to our recent communications we are delighted to state Titan Internet (part of the iomart group) have come forward to ensure that Primex services are kept online and available. We have been working with the iomart group for a number of years to help provide the domain names services on Primex. We see this an ideal arrangement that will help with the continuity of your services.

What happens next?
During the next few weeks we will arrange for Titan Internet to contact you to ensure the future of your services past the end of October 2012. You do not need to do anything at the moment.

What will happen to my web hosting & email services?
Nothing, we will work with Titan Internet in the next few weeks to ensure your services continue. Andy at Primex will be working with Titan to ensure a smooth transition.

What do I need to do with my domain names?
If you are concerned about the renewal of your domain names please contact lisa@iomart.com who can talk you through the available options.
