Network and Server Status.
Various automated tests are made every few minutes to make sure services are running normally. If you are experiencing any problem and this page shows no fault then please let us know. If a problem shows on this page then we are already aware of it and are in the process of fixing it.

Result Key
Not Working - means the server is not working at all.
Intermittent - means the server is responding but either slowly or intermittent.
OK - means the server is perfect.

DNS Servers
DNS Servers resolve names like www.primex.co.uk to IP addresses such as 80.95.192.93. If they go wrong the error you may see is Host not found.

POP3 and IMAP4 Mail Servers
These servers store the email. If they go down you may get an email client error such as socket error or a password probem. No email will be lost but instead emails backup on the MX Mail Servers and get delivered when the problem is sorted.

Reboot Switches
Reboot switches allow us to turn the power on and off to a server remotely. If a server locks up or has a problem recycling the power will rectify the problem in many cases.
